At M&N Techshop, we take pride in offering custom-made products that meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers. Due to the personalized and bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has commenced.

No Returns or Refunds
Given the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Each product is created to your specifications, and as such, we encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it.

We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products. If your order does not meet your expectations or if there are any issues with the quality or specifications of your product, please contact us within 5 business days  of receiving your order. We are committed to working with you to make it right, which may include adjustments to the product or other solutions on a case-by-case basis.
